Financial Information
Our staff will assist you with your insurance information and benefits so we can process the necessary dental claims and provide you with the best estimate for your dental treatments. Dental insurance is intended to cover a portion of your treatment. The amount covered by insurance varies from plan to plan. In most cases, you are responsible for a deductible each year, and the portion not paid by your insurance plan. Payment is due at the time of service.
If your treatment requires a larger fee that you cannot pay upfront, we will work with you to establish financing options with approved credit through one of the following companies:

If your treatment requires multiple visits and/or a larger fee that you cannot pay upfront, we will work with you to establish financing options with approved credit through one of the following companies:
- CareCredit Offers affordable monthly payment options from 6 months to 18 months with no interest.
- Lending Club Offers short-term and long-term plans from 6 months to 12 months with no interest, extended plans up to 5 years with low interest.
